Physicians Recognize and Appreciate the RPR Approach
This is my first job out of residency, and when I started this process I had no idea what I was doing. Where do I begin? Who do I contact? Moira took me by the hand and made the whole process effortless; well it was effortless for me anyway, but Moira worked hard to find me my dream job. I attribute all that to the fact, she took time to get to know me and to understand me. I am the mother to 2 young children and the wife of a cardiology fellow, so I was looking for something very specific in terms of practice opportunities. Moira should also try her hand at match-making, because she paired me with the ideal employers. She knew what was important to me and my family, and found me the right job. She didn't waste my time or her clients time by just sending me to a million interviews, (that were obviously not going to work), she looked for employers who valued the same things that I did. It has been a great fit. I also want to mention that she didn't just send you on interviews, she calls you regularly (before the interview and after the interview) and she is a great soundboard. She was the not only recruiter I dealt with during this stressful process but she is the only one that GOT ME! I strongly feel that anyone that has the priviledge of working with Moira (both clients and candidates) will get EXACTLY what they want!
